I have had cataract surgery on both eyes. My close-up eye is doing well. The distance eye is not doing so well. I was diagnosed with macular degeneration in both eyes after the surgery. I am requesting prayers for the complete healing of my eyes and sight. With God’s healing I will never need to deal with loss of sight. I put my faith and confidence in God's grace and healing. Please pray for my husband and I that we make wise decisions. We are not very wise in making business decisions. We have been in a car accident and no broken bones but never the less pretty banged up we are not as young as we use to be. I pray for fairness with the insurance company concerning settlement with us and for God to give us wisdom. Total recovery from all the bumps and bruises that we have. For total healing from the headaches that continue to hinder us since the accident. I pray for homeownership again it is not easy renting. Please pray for my daughter, son-in-law, and their two precious children. They need God's intervention with getting them settled into an affordable home whilst they save up to buy their own home in a year or two. Their present landlord has raised the rent so much that they cannot afford to remain in the home anymore. That means that my daughter will now have to work outside the home, instead of being able to remain home with her two young children as she prefers to do. If my daughter can get her own business launched soon, she will then be able to remain at home and work from there. I just had my fourth child. God has blessed me with the delivery not being as painful as it could be. I have severe pain in my left hip. My nurse told me they could have hit a nerve when giving me a shot. I pray that God takes this pain away. -- Candice, Texas

I am a minister in my church and I'm in a real battle. I love the Lord with all my heart and I don't always understand the organized church. At times I feel bound by religion. I know there is much more that the Lord has for me and those that want to receive him. I'm at a place of true frustration. I want to serve God with all that is within me and be in his perfect will. But my prayer request is that he will show me the difference between relationship and religion. And that he would make it plain to me. I need to know what is required of me by the Lord and not from man and to know the difference without feeling any guilt or shame or feeling that I'm unfaithful in my service to the Lord. By no means am I trying to be in rebellion, but my frustrations are real. -- Kentucky

My girlfriend and I broke up months ago. I realize that it was a mistake. My request is that if God wills it that he grants that she and I will make amends and restore our relationship. I still love her dearly. I can say that with her I have experienced the greatest love of all. – Mike, California

My wife is planning a divorce. She no longer wishes to be married and never will again. Her faith is weakened and her spirit is low. I'm begging God to reveal himself to her. My brother-in-law’s sister has been diagnosed with breast cancer and we would all appreciate your prayers for a speedy healing and recovery and also encouragement for her and her family. They lost their grandmother in March and her husband's parents are not well - mother has cancer also and father has Alzheimer's. They are such a wonderful family. Toni, New Mexico

Please pray for my son who has joined the Marines and is currently in boot camp. Pray that God would give him wisdom and strength to serve in the path God has chosen for him. When he left he said his faith was "the only thing I have.” As you know they leave for boot camp with only the clothes on their back. Thank you for praying with me. We feel so blessed since CWR came to be. We are in our 80s, handicapped to some degree, so it is great to be comfortable and not feel we are offending anyone as we fidget and perhaps smell a bit odd now and then, and still hear a service from God's word and know it is from the heart, from possitive experience, and what we need to hear. Many times I have fallen way short, stood still and seen the mess I've made disolve. I am 24/7 caregiver to my wife. She has had two strokes and is very unstable on her feet. I have very bad legs with bad knees so mostly I seek to remain able to be an aid to my wife. -- Lewis, Massachusetts

I am asking for prayers concerning our business and finances. We have done all we are able to do to keep our head above water to NOT lose everying we have worked for. We are now out of options and it seems the end is in sight with losing our home and our business. We do not have any idea where to go or what to do. We are in the home building business and doors continue to close. Houses are still sitting and we have gone through thousands of dollars trying to do the right thing by the banks in making payments on these properties. My husband has sent out numerous resumes to find a job to provide income but nothing has opened up for him. I have gone to work in a doctor's office. Each day I am filled with fear and anxiety. We are a middle aged couple with grown children and grandchildren and in the next few weeks we will be without a home for ourselves and a place for our children to visit! I have asked God to let me see him working through all of this but I have not been able to see Him in any of this. Thank you for lifting me and my husband up in prayer! -- Tammie, Alabama

Please pray for me. After having an MRI, there were found three spots on my lung. It may be malignant, or it may be benign. I'm not sure yet. They need to do further testing. Please pray that the tests come back negative, and that the spots are not cancerous. – Wade, New York
